By using the Authit platform, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions listed below. This agreement governs the legal relationship between you and the platform.
1. Usage Terms & Acceptable Use
You agree to use Authit only for lawful purposes. It is strictly prohibited to:
• Use the platform for sending Spam or unsolicited messages.
• Use the service for fraudulent activities or impersonating official entities.
• Attempt to breach or disrupt the platform's infrastructure in any way.
2. Account Responsibility & API Keys
You are solely responsible for protecting your API keys. Any transmissions made using your keys are deemed to have been sent by you, and Authit is not liable for any losses resulting from the leakage of your credentials. We recommend rotating keys periodically.
3. Financial System & Refund Policy
• We operate on a pre-paid wallet system.
• Prices are subject to market changes, especially WhatsApp messages which vary by country.
• Credits topped up in the wallet are non-refundable and can only be used for service consumption within the platform.
• Wallet balance never expires as long as the account remains active.
4. Limitation of Liability
Authit is a technical intermediary for message delivery. We do not guarantee 100% delivery in cases of global infrastructure failure or number blocking by local telecommunication providers, but we commit to using the best available routing paths.
